Thematic Galleries

The Oregon Gallery, containing about 210 images counting all color-to-B&W conversions, offers coverage of the western one-third of the state west of highway 97.  (Smith Rock park is actually a little east of highway 97, but that is the only exception.)  The thumbnail pages of the Oregon Gallery can be roughly divided into three subcategory geographic sections: the Coast, the Cascades, and Other Areas.  In order to keep thumbnail pages reasonably large, the Cascades section verticals have been combined with the "Other Areas" section verticals.

The topical bullet points below serve as an outline of the Oregon coverage.  These topics are listed in roughly the same order as the appearance of the images within the thumbnail pages.
