Kings Canyon National Park in the Sierra Nevada Mts in CA

The east-west Bubbs Creek trail is one of the primary west entry points into the center region of Kings Canyon National Park. The trail takes you eventually to the north-south spine trail where the high peaks are. This view of the creek is a few miles up the trail prior to the first big set of punishing switchbacks.
